职位描述/Responsibilities:

 Assist sales director to establish market strategy plan
 Develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales system
 Responsible for the achievement of regional sales targets and customer's payment
 Manage sales staff to help build, replenish, develop, and train sales teams
 Conduct customer analysis, build customer relationships, and tap user needs

岗位要求/Qualifications:

 Mechanical automation related majors, more than five years of relevant industry sales work experience, including more than three years of sales management experience, such as robots, industrial automation equipment products and other industries;
 Familiar with talent incentives and modern management systems
 Strong management, judgment and decision-making ability
 Excellent marketing skills and market development
 Good English proficiency
